Be registered in a full-time doctoral program (or joint graduate research program MA/PhD, MSc/PhD, or MD/PhD) at the nominating Canadian institution
have achieved a first-class average, as determined by your institution, in each of the last two years of full-time study or equivalent
Be nominated by only one Canadian institution, which must have received a Vanier CGS quota.

UBC Vanier applicants will complete their Vanier application using ResearchNet, an online application system.

Lester B. Pearson Scholarship of the University of Toronto
Each year The University of Toronto offers 37 fully-funded scholarships to overseas students who have already applied for a place in an undergraduate degree program at this university.

University of Calgary International Entrance Scholarship
The University of Calgary offers this scholarship annually to undergraduate international students entering first year in any undergraduate degree.
Value- $15,000 (Renewable)
Must be an international student
Applicants should enrol in an undergraduate program (first year) at the University of Calgary
This scholarship is Renewable in the second, third and fourth year at the University of Calgary, provided recipients achieve a GPA of 2.60 or more over a minimum of 24.00 units in the previous fall and winter terms.

This Scholarship is awarded to the students (Masters and Doctoral) enrolled in a postgraduate course at the University of Manitoba.
Value- for Masters $14,000 per year up to 2 years
For Doctoral $18,000 per year up to 4 years
Students must have been admitted as full-time students as masters or PhD students in a graduate program at the University of Manitoba.
Students must have a minimum admission GPA of 3.0 to be considered for this award.
How to apply
First, you need to take admission to a postgraduate degree program and then consult your department or unit for the UMGF application process and deadline. Once the department/unit determines their selection, students are recommended to the Faculty of Graduate.
SFU Undergraduate Scholars Entrance Scholarships
Scholarships are available to domestic and international high school students in any faculty who are admitted to an undergraduate degree.
Applicants must have grades in the 90% range in courses required for their selected program.
Value for International students
$120,000 (with distinction), Covers tuition and mandatory supplementary fees for 1st undergraduate degree. Scholarship value depends on and matches the cost of the program(s) of study and the cost of tuition at the time.

Scholarship of University of Alberta

This scholarship is offered to full-time international students entering a first-year undergraduate degree program at the University of British Columbia.
Value- $40,000 (number and level of these scholarships awarded each year vary, depending on available funding.)

UdeM Exemption Scholarship Program
The University of Montreal offers this scholarship to international students entering undergraduate, Masters and Doctoral degree programs at the University of Montreal.
For Undergraduate studies,
Level A- $12,465.60 per year
Level B- $5,940.90 per year
Level C- $2,078.10 per year
Students enrolled in a certificate, major, minor, short program and preparatory year program for university studies automatically obtain the level C award.

It is awarded to international students entering the first year of a full-time undergraduate degree program at York University.
Value- $20,000 per year up to four years
Environmental and Urban Change, School of Arts, Media, Performance and Design, Glendon, Health, Liberal Arts and Professional Studies, Science, Lassonde or the Schulich School of Business.
